In June 2009, I completed Amit's project "Discovering Natural Predicates", offered at the ILLC. For this project I began an implementation of a machine learning algorithm for concept acquisition, gave a presentation on this implementation and the underlying linguistic framework (Langacker's cognitive grammar) and wrote a project report, detailing the material in the presentation a bit more.
